McElligotts were engaged to complete the repaint of the Cape Wickham lighthouse. The major work scope was the lead paint removal of the existing coatings and replacement with a modern protective coating application. Additional project requirements included concrete remediation, repointing of stonework, and repair of corrosion and damage to metal substrates
