Industry Recognition

McElligotts’ quality and craftsmanship have been recognised through national awards and industry publications.

In 2023, the company received two Master Painters Awards for Excellence – High Distinction in Heritage Restoration and Industrial Coatings, both for projects exceeding one million dollars. These awards celebrate our ability to deliver complex, high-value works while meeting exacting technical and heritage standards.

Our contribution to major infrastructure maintenance was also highlighted in Roads & Infrastructure Australia’s website, which covered the completion of Melbourne’s West Gate Bridge repainting project. products.

Senior supervisors in our team hold NACE Coating Inspector qualifications and our painters and blasters have all completed their Cert III in Surface Preparation and Protective Coatings. Our scaffolding team all hold tickets in advanced scaffolding.
